Hi, I’m Jane…

I’ve worked in the charity sector for over 25 years, from entry level fundraising assistant, through to Director of Fundraising and Communications, and as a Trustee for Air Ambulance Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Since starting my own business in 2018, I’ve helped organisations and individuals gain insight and clarity, so they can move forward with purpose.

As a consultant, I specialise in capital appeals, major donor programmes, and organisational strategy and readiness. I’ve worked alongside leadership teams, Trustees and fundraisers to build campaigns that are not only successful but grounded in clarity, confidence and connection.

As a coach and mentor, I help people get unstuck and move forward with purpose. Whether you’re planning a career change, stepping into a new role, wanting to build confidence, or seeking clarity and direction in a fast-paced life, I’ll meet you where you are and help you find the right path.

As a facilitator, I’ll help your team to come together to build more effective communication and ways of working.
