Mentoring

Mentoring:

I offer one-to-one mentoring grounded in experience and strategic insight.

I’ll use the knowledge and expertise I have from nearly three decades in the non-profit sector to offer advice, guidance and suggestions for the challenges you’re facing.

Whether you’re navigating high-value fundraising, launching a capital appeal, stepping into a new role, or need a sounding board, I provide thoughtful and tailored support to help you move forward.

Booked in blocks of six sessions, allowing time for reflection, growth and momentum, mentoring is available for:

  • Major donor, corporate, trust and capital appeal fundraisers

  • Emerging managers, leaders and first-time Trustees

  • Heads and Directors of Fundraising and senior leadership

Stack of eight books on a table, with titles including "Lemn Sissay let the light pour in," "Do/Sing" by James Sills, "The Art of Rest" by Claudia Hammond, "The Anxious Generation" by Jonathan Haidt, "Grit" by Angela Duckworth, "Hardwiring Happiness" by Rick Hanson, and "Time to Think" by Nancy Kline.
Being able to work 1:1 with Jane over several weeks, meant we developed an excellent relationship and each session was structured but could be adapted to meet my needs. Within a short space of time we had identified existing major donor prospects. Of the three I approached, by engaging with them in person and over the phone, I secured an amazing three year major donation and a significant one-off donation.
